New delivery partners are searched according to Nice’s business needs and selected according to defined delivery partner model categories and criteria.

In addition to main categories (picture above) our partner model includes sub categories. E.g. in the Resource Provider category we have sub categories and the partner providers for all application development key roles such as Project Manager, Architect, Developer, Testing area, Support and maintenance personnel. It also has special competence areas like SAP personnel providers.

Through our delivery partner network we operate all over the world. With our delivery partners we are also able to provide services in those kinds of areas that are not usually in Nice’s Services main scope.  Nice’s considerable amount of delivery partners enables quick scaling opportunities for our customers and customer projects when it’s needed. Through Fujitsu’s 70 sites in different countries and with our delivery partners sites, we are able to cover all needed countries for acting and delivering locally if needed.

Through our long term experience working with delivery partners we have been able to continuously deliver partner process improvement and utilization of best practices. We have a mature operation model with distinguished contracting practices etc.
Nice has operated with delivery partners since its establishment and currently has more than 200 frame agreements with different partners. Nice's delivery partners includes smaller companies. They usually have long relationships with Nice’s customers and they often hold important positions in some customer projects or service.
